BRAC International is recruiting an Early Childhood Development Manager

Duties:

Overall planning and management of ECD project in BRAC Tanzania and resource mobilization for expansion of the project.
Developing proposals and budgets for the project and ensuring timely and proper utilization of funds, timely submission of reports for donors and management.
Recruitment and development of staffs and Play lab leaders this includes appraising job performance of all staffs of this project.
Analyzing monitoring, audit and research reports to ensure program quality and heading quality assurance team.
Responsible for overall management of procurement. Logistics and administration of project. This includes maintaining regular liaison with BMT Education team.
Maintaining liaison with government, donors, school authority and other development agencies. Any other task assigned by the Supervisor. Person Specifications:


Education: Masters/Graduate in Education or Early Child Development or any other related field from any recognizable university with excellent academic record.

Experience: At least three years working experience in the relevant field with Early Childhood Development programs.

Requirements.
At least three (2) years experience in an accountant position
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
Excellent accounting software (SYSPRO, ERP) user and administration skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Bachelor degree, Advance Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant (NBAA registration or CPA holder will be an added advantage.
