Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Duties

Manage all HR functions including Recruitment and Selection, learning and Growth, Compensation and Benefits Management, Motivation, Employee Relations, Safety and Health Management, Manpower Planning and Staff Welfare.
Formulation of HR strategies aligned to the business strategy.
Draft or Review and implement HR policies.
Manage HR processes.
Oversee implementation of HR projects e.g. Implementation of HRIS etc.
Compliance.
Minimum Requirements:

A first degree from a recognized university, an MBA will be an added advantage.
A postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management.
At least 5 years' experience as a Human Resources Manager in the financial services sector.
A Tanzanian national.
