The management of the Tanzania Portland Cement Company Limited Is inviting for applications from ambitious energetic and performance driven individuals to fill in the below position
Mills Manager

REPORTS TO: PRODUCTIONS MANAGER

Duties
Responsible for optimum utilizations of the mills to achieve productions target
Responsible for optimum utilizations of all productions resources to achieve all productions targets
Ensure that there is optimal process performance and good productions efficiency
Ensure the quality of the cement is meets the set quality requirements
Liaise with the maintenance department in planning in and maintenance of the machines
Responsible for providing assistance and support during the shutdown of mills
Ensure there is good housekeeping and safe working place
Responsible for overseeing the health safety of both staff and machines productions, quality and cost in order to comply with group standards and the occupational safety and health authority requirement
Perform any other duties that may be assigned

Education: At least bachelor degree in chemical and process engineering or equivalent recognized registered institutions
Experience: 2 years experience working in manufacturing cement industry or equivalent
Must computer literacy and able to communicate In English and Kiswahili
