Job Title: Program Coordinator

LIGHT FOR THE WORLD is recruiting a Program Coordinator
Duties
o Implementation of the new 5-year program
o Develop monitoring tools for project management
o To lead the development of new interventions as part of LftW’ s Country Strategy for Tanzania, through proposal writing and negotiation of grant contracts
o To provide regular updates to the head office in Brussels
o Organizational capacity building and quality control
o Participation to strategic and operational planning
o Coaching and mentoring with regard to key subjects: finances, HRM and M&E
o Verification of the narrative reports
o Collecting best practicesand bringing together lessons learned
o Monitoring and control of data and statistics.
o Planning and coordination of external evaluations
o Frequent travel to the supported regions and partners in the field
Education: University degree in education, health care or hospital management, development studies, business administration or other relevant disciplines
Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in project cycle management and capacity building
• Proven experience in of and commitment to participatory methodologies to development
